[News] VM Consulting to Co-Host ‘MICE Venue Workshop’ with ICEM on March 28 in Seoul

VM Consulting will co-host the MICE Venue Workshop with the Institute of Convention and Exhibition Management (ICEM) on Friday, March 28, at ICEM Seoul.

This workshop marks the first major initiative following the business collaboration agreement between VM Consulting and ICEM, signaling the official launch of their joint consulting efforts.

Both VM Consulting and ICEM have independently engaged in MICE industry research and consulting. Through this partnership, they aim to establish a more structured and practical consulting methodology. This workshop is specifically designed to provide ICEM researchers and graduate students from Hallym International Graduate School’s MICE program with an opportunity to learn consulting processes and gain hands-on industry insights.

During the MICE Venue Workshop, VM Consulting and ICEM will share their venue consulting case studies and introduce practical consulting methodologies to enhance the competitiveness of convention centers and unique venues.

Participants will have the opportunity to study consulting processes and develop their expertise as MICE consultants. Additionally, a discussion session will be held to identify and address key industry challenges.
