VM Consulting announced on the 18th that it has officially launched a strategic consulting project aimed at improving the vitality of Yeosu's unique venues. The project focuses on creating tailored strategies to leverage Yeosu’s distinctive cultural assets for regional economic revitalization.

Recently, Yeosu designated six unique venues: MOIFIN Ocean, Aqua Planet Yeosu, Yeulmaru, Sky Tower, Dolsan Gatgoul Center, and Yeosu Turtle Ship. These venues possess unique charm and characteristics that could strengthen competitiveness within the domestic and international MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry.

VM Consulting plans to analyze the resources and characteristics of Yeosu's unique venues and establish practical, actionable strategies based on their findings. This includes conducting on-site surveys, stakeholder interviews, and a comprehensive analysis of global market trends to help these venues provide differentiated experiences for domestic and international visitors.
