On the 4th, VM Consulting announced the completion of the Korea Unique Venue Productization Consulting project, commissioned by the Korea Tourism Organization.
The project, conducted over four months since July, focused on 16 Korea Unique Venues nationwide. The initiative emphasized developing customized rental rates, venue operation manuals, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) experiential programs tailored to each venue, packaging these elements into comprehensive offerings.

VM Consulting conducted on-site visits to analyze the distinctive appeal of each location, creating differentiated programs that provide international MICE participants with unique and memorable experiences. This approach aims to boost the global competitiveness of the venues and maximize satisfaction for international attendees.
David Lee, CEO of VM Consulting, emphasized, "There is an urgent need for tailored support policies for each unique venue and the development of step-by-step strategies suited to each venue." He added, "We expect that through this project, unique venues will be able to achieve more professional and efficient operations, thereby enhancing their competitiveness in domestic and international MICE markets."
VM Consulting remains committed to supporting the continuous development of unique venues and their successful positioning in the global MICE industry through various consulting services.
