VM Consulting (CEO: David Lee) has unveiled its achievements in venue and exhibition consulting over the past year, along with its vision for the future. In 2024, VM Consulting successfully provided consulting services to 27 unique venues and supported 139 domestic companies participating in major global exhibitions such as CES, MWC, IFA, and GITEX, driving significant results across key industries, including IT, biotech, healthcare, and beauty.

Key Achievements

In the unique venue consulting sector, VM Consulting actively participated in activation projects for Korea Unique Venues and venues in Gwangju, Yeosu, Gyeonggi-do, Jeju, and Busan. The firm proposed innovative strategies for venue operations tailored to each location’s unique characteristics.

During the consulting process, VM Consulting developed optimal pricing strategies for each venue, enhanced digital channel capabilities, and designed differentiated experiential programs, maximizing venue competitiveness. These strategies improved operational efficiency, created unforgettable experiences for visitors, and contributed to boosting the local economy. Notably, VM Consulting established a foundation for continued venue activation, including ongoing 1:1 consulting for venues rooted in traditional culture, such as Ogaheon in Gwangju.
